The always fashionable Livingston Philanthropies Inc. (LPI) volunteer Hazel lives with LPI founder and director Jeff (the “coat Guy”) Friedman and his wife, Karen. Here, says the Coat Guy, Hazel channels her inner Dalmatian to remind everyone that jacket, coat and winter accessories season is just around the corner. “LPI endorses Hazel’s announcement and advises that it’s not too early to donate these badly-needed items,” said Friedman. “Please drop your warm coats, jackets, gloves, scarves and winter hats at the offices of the West Essex Tribune, located at 495 South Livingston Avenue, next to ShopRite. Just to remind our ever-philanthropic Livingston neighbors, we are also requesting hotel sized toiletries, new cosmetics, diapers, women’s products, new men’s socks, shoes, family clothing and more.
