Anita G. Hannoch

The family of Anita G. Hannoch regretfully announces the passing of their dear mother and grandmother on September 16, 2019. Anita was the daughter of the late Faye and William Goldman, sister of the late Barbara Schneiderman. Anita was born January 9, 1931 in New York City. She grew up in Perth Amboy and moved to Livingston in the 1950s. She graduated from Douglass College (Rutgers University), where she met the love of her life, the late Franklin Hannoch, Jr. They were married for 65 years and raised their children, James and Nancy, in Livingston. They became Florida residents and loved the time they spent living at the Ocean Reef Club in Key Largo, Florida. Anita was a member of Mountain Ridge Country Club and the Ocean Reef Club, where she enjoyed playing golf and swimming. She was also an avid mah jongg, canasta, and bridge player. Nothing made her happier than spending time with her children and grandchildren. Anita was predeceased by her parents, her sister, and her husband. She is survived by James and Kathleen Hannoch, Nancy Berger, and her grandchildren, Carolyn Hannoch, Allyson Berger and Andrew Hannoch. In lieu of flowers, please send donations in memory of Anita G. Hannoch to the Livingston FirstAid Squad, Livingston, New Jersey. ...
