School District Victim of Ransomware Hack, Superintendent Says Data is Locked, Not Lost

“The Livingston Public Schools Were the Victims of a Crime” Livingston Public Schools was the victim of a Ransomware attack last week, encrypting the school district’s data.The attack has made basic school functions – from submitting homework to recording lunch payments – more difficult. Details of what happened were shared through emails to parents and staff, as well as a public meeting at the high school on Monday evening, November 25.
