Library Eliminates Fines For Most Overdue Items

Livingston Library will surprise the community tomorrow, February 14, when it officially eliminates library fines for most of its items, director Amy Babcock-Landry announced. Livingston joins several other Essex County libraries – including Millburn, Montclair, Maplewood and Glen Ridge – that no longer charge fines for most overdue materials.
