Another Pandemic “Victim”

Last month, the Memorial Day Parade Committee made the sad decision to cancel Livingston’s annual parade. This week, the July Fourth Committee made a similar announcement, cancelling Livingston’s Independence Day festivities. 2020 has been a year like no other, and so many things have been cancelled due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
