Livingston Pickleball Founder Honored

On Sunday, October 11, a plaque was installed at the Heritage Middle School courts to honor Howie Gottlieb, a “founding father” of Livingston pickleball, who died in February. About 100 people attended the plaque unveiling, all wearing masks. Shown here are Libby Saigal, Helen Neadel, Judy Gottlieb, Sue Gottlieb, Melissa Gottlieb, mayor Rudy Fernandez, deputy mayor Shawn Klein, councilman Al Anthony, councilman Michael Vieira, Board of Education member Buddy August, and councilman Ed Meinhardt.
