Marge Glassman Dies in Florida

Marge Glassman (Morgenstern), 93, of Delray Beach Florida, died on October 5. She was born and raised in Newark, where she graduated from Weequahic High School. She attended Montclair State University and attained her master’s degree in library science from Fairleigh Dickinson University. Mrs. Glassman lived in Livingston, for 45 years. She was employed for 27 years for the Livingston Public Schools as a media specialist. She was a member of Temple Beth Shalom and later, Temple B ‘nai Jeshurun. She was a life member of NCJW and Hadassah, and was a member of Gleneagle s Country Club in Delray Beach, Florida. Predeceased by her husband Max, she is survived by her daughters Joyce Schlesinger (Ben) of St. Michaels, Maryland, and Toby Dauber (Richard) of Livingston, as well as five grandchildren and nine greatgrandchildren. Private services were held at Beth David Memorial Park on October 9. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the National Council of Jewish Women (NCJW). ...
