Severe thunderstorms hit Livingston on Sunday evening, August 18, causing flash flooding throughout town. The Livingston Fire Department (LFD) responded to numerous calls in relation to the storm, including flooded basements, vehicles stuck in water, and a resident trapped in an elevator.

GETTING READY FOR THE FALL

Aman admitted transporting a stolen Livingston school bus across state lines, U.S. Attorney Philip Sellinger announced last week.

Livingston Town Hall and all township offices will be closed on Monday, September 2, 2024 for Labor Day. All offices will reopen during regular business hours on Tuesday, September 3.

The special meeting of the Livingston Planning Board that had been scheduled for Tuesday, August 20, was canceled hours before it was set to take place.
