Planning Bd. Approves East Cedar St. Subdivision; Hears Plans to Improve Building on So. Livingston

The Livingston Planning Board met on Tuesday, June 5, to re-hear a previous application, and opened a hearing on a new application.

Subdivision Approved – Again

The first application, for a minor subdivision with variances at 127 East Cedar Street, had been heard and closed on May 1; however, adequate notice had apparently not been provided to all neighbors within 200 feet of the property. Livingston Philanthropies is collecting new, small size toiletries and cosmetics. “Donations of hotel/travel sized shampoo, conditioner, soap, tooth brushes, tooth paste, mouth wash, deodorant, razors, cotton swabs, body wash, lotion, and baby diapers in sizes 4, 5, and 6, and more are badly needed right now” Friedman said.
In addition, Livingston Philanthropies is seeking donations of new, unopened cosmetics, including make-up, make up bags, lipstick, powder, lotion, nail polish, scents and similar items.
