Wedding Announcement

Announcements of weddings should appear as soon as possible after the ceremony. If a photograph is to be published with the article, all the information and the picture must be submitted before noon on the fourth Tuesday after the ceremony. After that time, there is a $35 fee for publication of the photograph, although the article itself is free of charge.
In order to keep the news timely, a flat fee of $150 will be charge for publication of both photo and article if the information is submitted after the deadline for publication in the 13th issue following the ceremony. There is no size requirement for wedding photographs; anything from a wallet size to an 8 x 10 is acceptable, and there is not advantage in supplying a larger print. Snapshots may be used if they are clear and sharp.
This form, when completed, and accompanied by a photograph if one is desired, may be delivered in person to the West Essex Tribune, 495 South Livingston Avenue, or by mail to P.O. Box 65, Livingston, NJ 07039. Photographs and wedding articles can also be sent by e-mail at livpaper@aol.com. Photos sent via e-mail should be in a jpg or tiff format. Those who send their announcement by e-mail, however, should call the office to insure it was received and can be opened.
There is no charge for the publication of wedding announcements, nor for the reproduction of photographs received by noon on the 4th Tuesday after the ceremony. If you have any questions, or need any further information, call the West Essex Tribune during

In completing this form, please supply street addresses for Livingston residents. For others, the only address required is the name of the town and the state.
