She now eagerly awaits her husband to lay at rest beside her and eternally watch over their children from the great beyond. Elaine’s greatest joy in life was her cherished family. She was the proud mother to two unique children, daughter Denise and son David (along with his wife Jennifer), and a cherished grandmother to Mason. Elaine held her family in the highest regard, often overlooking her own needs in deference to those she loved. She was a devoted and supportive mother and a treasured friend. Her independence and sense of self was always to be admired. Elaine lit up the room whenever she entered, but rather like a night light, revealing just enough to give others lucky enough to be in her presence the illumination needed to find their own way.

Elaine is survived by her brother, Michael Einhorn; her children, David Gebroe and Denise Gebroe; her five-year-old grandson, Mason; and her loving husband, Bob Gebroe. Elaine will be missed terribly by her beloved family and many friends. May her memory provide adequate comfort and solace to make the pain tolerable.
