Dale Edell Tessler Dies at 84 in Florida

Former Livingston resident Dale Edell Tessler died on Friday, November 3 at the age of 84 in Saint Petersburg, Florida.

She grew up in South Orange, and raised her children in Livingston before moving to Florida.

Mrs. Tessler was a businesswoman who also volunteered at hospice, senior homes, trained seeing eye dogs, and worked with children.

She is survived by her husband, Andrew; children, Gabrielle and Samantha; her brother, Dennis; her grandaughter, Mackenzay; and other family members.

The funeral was held at King Solomon Memorial in Clifton on November 7.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests making contributions to the Alzheimer’s Organization or Cure Alzheimer’s Org.
