Dorothy Sieger Nash

World War II veteran, Dorothy Sieger Nash, passed away peacefully on October 30, 2023, at the age of 103.

Dorothy served as a sergeant in the Women’s Army Corps in England and France. She was most proud of her role as one of the WACs to type the orders for D-Day, helping to turn the tide of the war.

Following her military service, Dorothy married George Nash. They were married for 61 years before his passing in 2007. She is survived by her son Robert and his family.

Dorothy was laid to rest next to her husband George at Beth El Cemetery in Paramus.
