Sometimes progress means looking to the future and using what was once just a figment of someone's imagination to lead us into a new level of success; other times progress is taking a glimpse into the past to rediscover ways to improve our current situation. Livingston saw the use of both measures of progress this week, as the Board of Education once again expressed its support of a 1:1 computing initiative and the Township Council enacted a policy that aims to make it safer and more convenient to navigate the township by bike, on foot, or through the use of public transportation.
