Clothes for a Homeless Baby Girl

Fran Kraver of Livingston visited the Tribune office last week to donate toiletries – and an outfit for a baby girl – to the Livingston Philanthropies. The non-profit organization collects a variety of items for the homeless, including travel-sized toiletries; unopened cosmetics; socks; men’s dresswear; coats (in winter); and baby diapers (sizes 4, 5, and 6 preferred). Donated items may be dropped at the West Essex Tribune, located at 495 South Livingston Avenue, next to ShopRite. Donations may also be left at Ascend Physical Therapy in Montclair; and at the chiropractic offices of Gary Hecht in Springfield. Those wishing to make a tax-deductible monetary donation to the charity may e-mail founder and director Jeff Friedman of Livingston at jftv1@verizon.net.
