Paul B. Coleman died in his Livingston home on Wednesday, July 11. He was 60 years old. A memorial gathering will be held at Quinn Hopping Funeral Home, 145 East Mt. Pleasant Avenue, Livingston, this Saturday, July 21, from 10 to 11 a.m., followed by a memorial service celebrating his life. Mr. Coleman was the husband of Rebecca Cecchetti Coleman; the father of Brett, Kevin, David, and Shawn Coleman; the son of Mary Lee and the late Richard Elliot; the brother of Lee Coleman and his wife, Lucienne, John Coleman, Chris Coleman and his wife, Katherine, and Dan Coleman and his wife, Decie; the son-in-law of Ralph and Delores Cecchetti; and the brother-in-law of Lawrence and Christine Mumma, Patrice Nelli, and the late Nadina Doughtry. Mr. Coleman was an active member of the Livingston community. He was a volunteer coach for the Livingston Soccer Club and the Livingston Recreation Basketball League, as well as a volleyball player, most recently playing in the Livingston Recreational Volleyball League. He was a graduate of Parsippany High School and Rutgers University. He was employed as a pension actuary, most recently at Prime Pension, LLC of Florham Park, and before that, by Ernst and Young, LLP in New York City and Buck Consultants in Secaucus. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations in his name be made to the Red Cross.
