Scott Harp Succumbs At Home in Pennsylvania

The Tribune has received word that former town manager Robert Harp's son, Scott, died of an apparent heart attack over the weekend in Newtown, Pennsylvania. Mr. Harp, who was a few days short of his 61st birthday, was a 1971 graduate of Livingston High School. Further obituary information will be published as soon as it is available. ...
