Albert Entwistle Jr. Succumbs at Home

Albert E. Entwistle Jr., 77, died Thursday, October 16, at his residence in Livingston. The Funeral Mass celebrating his life was offered at St. Philomena's Church, Livingston, on Monday. Born in West Orange, Mr. Entwistle had lived in Livingston for many years. He was an insulator for Asbestos Workers Local No. 32 for many years, retiring in 1994. Mr. Entwistle, a member of St. Philomena's Church, served as an usher and Eucharistic minister, and was an active volunteer. He was also a volunteer at St. John's Soup Kitchen in Newark. He was a member of the Livingston Knights of Columbus, where he was a past grand knight. Predeceased by his son, Albert E. III, and a sister, Barbara, Mr. Entwistle is survived by his wife, Barbara; his children, Robert and his wife, Betty; Richard; Linda Julian and her husband, Rob; Lori Cunningham and her husband, Jim; Michael and his wife, Cheryl, and Patti Franchino and her husband, Michael; and 15 grandchildren. In lieu of fl owers, memorial contributions may be made to St. John's Soup Kitchen, P.O. Box 200147, Newark, N.J. 07102. ...
