Youth Practices Table Tennis Every Day; Dreams of Representing U.S. in Olympics

His favorite composer is Mozart and he sings with the Select Chorus at Heritage Middle School. He enjoys sketching and has taken GT (gifted and talented) art classes. He was a serious swimmer at age six. He likes basketball and soccer and is fluent in Chinese. He is also a "nice guy" who likes to help kids, whether or not they speak English or are just beginning to play table tennis. He wants to be a lawyer, to help other people. Jack Wang, an eighth grader, became a 2015 U.S. National Junior and Cadet Boys Team member in December and is working hard to represent the U.S. in international table tennis tournaments this year.
