Nicholas McCaffery, a member of Livingston Boy Scout Troop 12, is conducting a shoe and sock drive to help the people affected by the crisis in Ukraine.He is working toward the rank of Eagle Scout, the highest rank in the Boy Scouts of America, and one of its  requirements is to plan, develop, and complete a service project.
