Snow and extremely cold temperatures have been challenging township employees and emergency personnel over the last week. Water main breaks, broken pipes and roadway issues were some of the problems recently handled by dedicated workers and volunteers. Mike Anello, superintendent of Livingston's Department of Public Works (DPW) said that two inches ofsnow fell Saturday night into Sunday morning.
