The Livingston Municipal Alliance will sponsor a community forum on Thursday, April 23 at 7 p.m. in the program room of the Livingston Library. Members of the Township Council and the Board of Education are expected to attend the forum. The results of the 2014 Livingston Drug Survey will be revealed and students from Livingston Youth and Community Service will discuss the ramifi cations of alcohol and drug abuse. LYCS is a community based, after-school program that teaches leadership, healthy life choices, and life skills to students in grades one through 12 in the Livingston school district. LYCS also provides family socials, community service opportunities, expressive arts programs, environmental initiatives and sponsors community activities. LYCS student leaders will also hold a discussion about peer pressure and the fear of failure in a "win-win generation."
