A ONE CAR accident occurred at 11:10 a.m. on May 11 when the driver of a Jeep lost control of his vehicle at the intersection of White Oak Ridge Road and South Orange Avenue. Zachary Stark of 8 Cornell Drive was heading south on White Oak Ridge Road when his Jeep struck a utility pole and then hit a fi re hydrant to the rear of the vehicle. Members of the Fire Department and First Aid Squad responded. According to the police report, Stark was taken to Saint Barnabas Medical Center for treatment. No summonses were issued and the incident is still under investigation.
