Roseland Man Admits to Stealing Money from Dead Man in Livingston

A 37 year old Roseland man, Shaun Piltzecker, pled guilty this week in New Jersey Superior Court to stealing at least $500 from the wallets of a dead man in Livingston this past June. According to Livingston police, detectives had gone to 5 Hawthorne Drive, the home of David Medlin, at about 7 a.m. on June 10 after neighbors had called, concerned about mail and newspapers piling up at the man's door.
