Let's Not Turn Our Backs

From television shows to newspapers to local forums, the topic of heroin has been making the rounds lately. Once thought of as "that '70s drug," it has made a strong comeback this decade. At a recent Township Council meeting, the community learned that a young woman living in a "halfway house" in Livingston died from a heroin overdose in November.
