The Livingston High School girls' winter track and field team recently participated in the North 1 Group IV State Sectional Meet. "The Lady Lancers were eager to compete against the other 17 teams fighting for top spots individually and as a team," aid coach Dave Czeizinger. "This meet marks the start of the State Tournament, and each athlete must finish in the top six in her event, or her season ends here." The top six in each event earn a berth to the Group 4 Championship, to be held at the Bennett Center in Toms River on Friday, February 19.
