Water Conservation Ordinance "Tweaked;" Council Considers Pipeline Opposition Group

The Livingston Township Council, at its conference meeting on Monday, April 4, continued to discuss a proposed ordinance that would restrict yard watering, and debated joining a municipal group to oppose the Pilgrim Pipeline.   Water Ordinance   The Council discussed changes to a proposed water conservation ordinance that was introduced in February.
