With warmer weather upon us, adults and children are taking to outdoor activities such as riding bicycles, skateboards and the like. It is important for all adults and children to practice safe riding habits, including wearing a helmet. In February, the Town Council enacted a "Complete Streets" policy in an effort to create safe access to Livingston's roadways for users of all modes of transportation. Proposed improvements include accommodations for bicyclists, pedestrians and transit users, such as sidewalks, bicycle lanes and bike racks.
