William A. Albert, of Parsippany, formerly of Livingston, died Wednesday, November 30, at Morristown Medical Center. He was 73 years old. Visitation will be held this Saturday, December 10, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at S.J. Priola Parsippany Funeral Service in Lake Hiawatha, with funeral services to begin at 1 p.m. Born and raised in Livingston, Mr. Albert was a resident of Caldwell, before moving to Parsippany, more than 50 years ago. He served in the U.S. Air Force during the Vietnam War era. A member of the Teamsters Local 560, Mr. Albert was, for many years, a truck driver with the ABF Trucking Company (formerly Carolina and Consolidated Trucking) of Pine Brook. He retired eight years ago. He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Valerie (nee Neslen); three children, Joseph Albert and his wife, Terri, of Australia; Shane Albert and his wife, Tammie, of Jacksonville, Florida; and Toni Albert of Parsippany; a brother, Richard Albert; and three grandchildren. He was predeceased by a brother, Robert Albert.
