Othmar E . “Othi” Girard III of Livingston died on Friday, December 2. He was 49 years old. Arrangements were by the Quinn-Hopping Funeral Home of Livingston on Tuesday, December 6. Mr. Girard is survived by his companion, Patricia Tamburro; his father, Otto Girard; his mother, Yvonne (Young); and his siblings, Brian and Michele Girard. The family has suggested that memorial donations be made in Mr. Girard’s name to the American Heart Association. ...
