Donald L. Higgins Dies on December 25

Former Livingston resident Donald L. Higgins died on December 25. He was 88 years old. He is survived by his wife, Stella (nee Caprio) of Clinton; his daughter and son-in-law, Donna and Fred Fania of Tewksbury; his son and daughter-in-law, Timothy and Una Higgins of Great Falls, Virginia; and four grandchildren. Mr. Higgins was predeceased by his parents, William and Agnes (nee McNaughton); and his siblings, William, Shirley, Roberta, Arthur, and Barbara.
