Shannon Altman, 16, of Livingston died at home on Wednesday, January 25. Miss Altman excelled in track and soccer, enjoyed writing, and was an artist known for her whimsical portraits and sculptures. Services were held Friday, January 27, at the Bernheim-Apter-Kreitzman Suburban Funeral Chapel in Livingston, followed by interment at Cedar Park Cemetery, Paramus. Predeceased by her paternal grandparents, Ira and Maxine Altman, Miss Altman is survived by her parents, Art and Cara; her sister, Sasha; her brother, Austin; and her maternal grandparents, Len and Susan Markowitz.
