Services Held Monday For Sarah Symchowicz

Sarah “Sonia” Symchowicz, 89, of Livingston, died Sunday, March 26. Funeral arrangements were by Bernheim-Apter-Kreitzman Suburban Funeral Chapel of Livingston. Mrs. Symchowicz was predeceased by her husband, Samson Symchowicz, in 2009. Surviving are her daughters, Esther Schlesinger (Jay), Beatrice Symchowicz-Lipper (Jeffrey), and Caren Loren (Mitchell); five grandchildren; and one great-granddaughter. The family has announced that donations may be made in her name to either Hadassah or the Holocaust Museum. ...
