Helene Brody died on Thursday, June 29, from complications of dementia related to a fall she suffered two years ago. Funeral arrangements were by Bernheim Apter Kreitzman Suburban Funeral Chapel in Livingston. A homemaker, she was raised in New York and married Edwin L. Brody in 1951. They brought up their children in Livingston and moved to Delray Beach 18 years ago. Mrs. Brody is survived by her husband, Edwin; her son, Jeffrey and his wife, Diana; her daughter, Amy and her husband, Paul; her brother, Irwin Ronson; and three grandchildren. Marc Alan Brody, her middle child, predeceased her in 1995. The family asks that memorial donations be made to a local chapter of Hadassah.
