Service at St. Philomena For Crescentia Boutilette

Crescentia M. Boutilette of Livingston died Monday, August 21. She was 86 years old. Visitation was held yesterday, Wednesday, at the Quinn-Hopping Funeral Home of Livingston. A service celebrating her life will be held at St. Philomena Church in Livingston today, Thursday, August 24, at 10 a.m. Interment will follow at Restland Memorial Park, East Hanover. Ms. Boutilette was born in Bayonne. She served in the U.S. Air Force during the Korean War. She was the past commander of the Disabled American Veterans of New Jersey, as well as the past commander of the Disabled American Veterans, Chapter No. 1, Passaic. She was a past Golden Cat for the National Order of Alley Cats, and a past commander of the Passaic Veterans’ Alliance. She was a member of the American Legion Post No. 161, the National Rifle Association, and AARP. In addition, she served on the Ladies Auxiliary for the Livingston Fire Department and the Civil Air Patrol. Ms. Boutilette was the mother of Timothy Scott Boutilette and the late John James Boutilette; and the sister of Joseph G. and Margaret A. Lutz. She is also survived by three grandchildren and several greatgrandchildren. ...
