Minor Subdivision is Approved

The Livingston Planning Board met on Tuesday evening, September 12, and heard one application for a minor subdivision of property on Force Hill Road.   The applicant, Force Hill, LLC, proposed to consolidate and subdivide four lots, one of which is land locked, to create three new lots. A variance was sought for lot area and lot width. The four properties total 1.35 acres and are located about 350 feet north of East Mt. Pleasant Avenue.
