Lomax Retires After 26 Years With SYLS

Kenneth Lomax, athletics and aquatics supervisor for the Livingston Senior, Youth, and Leisure Services (SYLS) Department (formerly the Livingston Department of Recreation and Parks), has stepped down after a total of 26 years of employment with the department, and 16 years as supervisor. Lomax’ career with the Recreation Department actually extends back to the early 1960s, when he volunteered for the Recreation Department as a teenager. He moved to Livingston at the age of eight, and was graduated from Livingston High School.
