A SUMMONS WAS ISSUED in connection with a one-car motor vehicle accident on Saturday, October 21, at 7:40 a.m. According to the police report, Paul Thom of East Orange was traveling southbound on Shrewsbury Drive, apparently at a high rate of speed.
