Biagio Pelaggi, a longtime resident of Livingston, died at home on November 5. Visitation at the Leonardis Memorial Home in Florham Park will be held today, Thursday, November 9, from 5 to 9 p.m. The funeral will be held on Friday, November 10, at 8:45 a.m. , followed by a mass at St. Rose of Lima Church in East Hanover at 9:45 a.m. Mr. Biagio was born in Serra San Bruno, Calabria, Italy. He founded Biagio Pelaggi & Son Monument Works in 1977 He was the husband of 56 years to Carmela Pelaggi (Del Mauro); father of Gabriele Pelaggi (Margaret), Francesca Pelaggi, and Maria Romano (Robert); and the grandfather of four.
