The Livingston Zoning Board of Adjustment on Tuesday, November 28, approved a use variance for a fitness facility at 70 South Orange Avenue, as well as three residential applications. Fitness Facility The fitness facility of approximately 1,545 square feet will serve tenants and outside clients in the 80,000 square foot office building, explained attorney Steven Geffner.
