Livingston’s first snowfall of the 2017 winter season on Saturday, December 9, brought with it a little more than four inches of snow, but less than two inches accumulated on the roadway, said Department of Public Works (DPW) superintendent Mike Anello.
Anello noted that the biggest challenge for the DPW was changing over its trucks from leaf collection mode to snow removal mode.
