Rose Tedesco of Livingston died Saturday, January 13, at the age of 87. The committal service was held Wednesday, January 17, at Gate of Heaven Cemetery in East Hanover, followed by the entombment. Mrs. Tedesco was born in Orange. She was the first female vice commander of the Garden State Chapter No. 1, American Ex-Prisoners of War. She served as the president of the Clara Maass Guild for four years. Mrs. Tedesco was predeceased by her husband, Charles, and her siblings, Nicholas, Carl, Samuel, Margaret, Josephine and Eleanor. She is survived by her children, Charles Tedesco, Stephen Tedesco, Dianne Tedesco, and Sharon Wiehler and her husband, Eric; her brother, Anthony; her sister, Mary; and two grandchildren.
