Elizabeth ‘Betty’ LaFerrera died on Monday, January 15. Born in Belleville, she lived most of her married life in Livingston. The funeral was held on January 22 at the S.W. Brown & Son Funeral Home in Nutley, and the Funeral Mass was celebrated at St. Philomena’s Church in Livingston. Mrs. LaFerrera retired from Macy’s in Livingston and moved to North Carolina in 2005. She was the wife of the late William A. LaFerrera and is survived by her son, William LaFerrera (Robin), her daughters, Janice Ceresnak (Janice), and Virginia Schroeder (Lee); four grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
