William Andrew Teltser, 66, of Livingston, died on January 27 from complications due to pancreatic cancer. Funeral services were held Tuesday at Menorah Chapels at Millburn in Union. Raised in Millburn and Short Hills, Mr. Teltser resided in New York City for many years before relocating in Livingston almost 30 years ago. He was an attorney for 37 years. Admitted to the bar in New Jersey and New York, he practiced primarily in the areas of labor law and family law. He is survived by his wife of 33 years, Carolyn Marlow; his daughters, Regina and Phoebe; his son-in-law, Akin Gogen; his mother, Bernice Teltser; and his sisters, Alberta Pedroja and Patrice Teltser. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that memorial donations be made to Saint Barnabas Medical Center.
