Dorothy C. Tylka (Mankus) of Livingston died on Sunday, February 25. Born in Hyde Park, Pennsylvania, Mrs. Tylka was predeceased by her husband, John, in 2003; her brothers, Stanley, Walter, Chester, and Henry; and her sisters, Theresa and Mary. She is survived by her daughter, Bev Siffeti (Aman) of Livingston; as well as one granddaughter; and three greatgrandchildren. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Philomena Church in Livingston, or to the Livingston First Aid Squad. Arrangements were made by the Quinn-Hopping Funeral Home. ...
