Leashed Dog Attacks, Kills Another Dog; Car Hits Utility Pole on Passaic Avenue

An investigation is underway after a dog was attacked and died from its injuries last week. Police are also investigating a car that crashed into a pole and an attempted burglary in this week’s police blotter. Dog Attack At about 1 p.m. on March 27, an individual was walking her two leashed dogs in the area of West Northfield Road and Winchester Road when she was approached by another individual with a dog on a leash, police said.
