School District Finds Optimism In Student Survey of Substance Use

School superintendent Christina Steffner presented a rather upbeat look at substance use among Livingston youth, as documented by the 2018 ADAPT (the Alcohol and Drug Abuse Prevention Team) Youth Survey. The 31-item survey asked for student reports about the use, perceived harm, parent and peer disapproval, availability and access associated with a variety of drugs.
