The Board of Education meeting on June 4 opened with a moment of silence for Pat Heller, a retired Livingston elementary school teacher who died on May 12. During the voting portion of the meeting, the Board approved the purchase of five new school buses; an open campus for Livingston High School seniors; a first reading of a new organizational chart; and made a number of personnel appointments.
