TRIATHLON COMPETITOR: Mackenzie Parke, a member of the Livingston High School class of 2000, recently completed her third New York City Triathlon in three hours, 11 minutes. The triathlon consists of swimming a mile in the Hudson River, biking 25 miles, and running six miles. Parke, who works for QBE North America, has also completed nine marathons.
