The Livingston Zoning Board of Adjustment, at its meeting on Tuesday, July 24, approved an application by the Crystal Plaza to expand the catering facility, which is located at 305 West Northfield Road, in the R-3 residential zone.
The applicant plans an expansion and renovation of the existing facility, including a 5,202 square foot expansion of the existing structure (2,845 square feet along the southern corner of the building, and 1,412 square feet along the front side of the building, and a canopy covering an area of 945 square feet). The parking area will be expanded slightly. Modifications to the existing storm water management system will be made, along with new landscaping and lighting improvements.
